Hello all together,

we have already 82 registrations and rooms gone at the Ringberg Hotel.

I think, the rooms will be all gone like last year short before Christmas 2010.

All registrations later will have to go on a waiting-list and hope, that someone will cancel his room before 10. of May 2011 (for free of charge) and then getting this free room.

So, if someone is really thinking of comming to this event in Suhl 2011 should get a room there, to be shure to have a room!!!!
These rooms can be canceld with no charging-fee until the 10.th of May 2011. That will give everyone a large amount of time to see, if he realy has the time to attend and having a room.

That is the easiest way to have the choice to be part of the meeting and having a room.
